Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque

We booked through Booking.com, and had to modify our reservation because of travel weather conditions. Although I had printed out the confirmation, upon ou arrival, we discovered we did not have a reservation, Tim at the front desk was able to accommodate us and get us into the the exact rooms that we requested. Great job, he was very efficient.

I loved the room, decor, complimentary drinks, complimentary snacks in the king suite (except the waters), large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/ lotion, and the breakfast. The front desk has complimentary infused waters and fruits. The couch in the king suite is a fold out.

Really comfortable beds, very clean rooms, and it felt very safe. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had while staying at a hotel. Made right in front of you omelettes and other good food.

Very clean and nice up to date

The location was right off the freeway, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The staff were professional and friendly and the breakfast was an amazing selection. The room was comfortable and very accommodating for a family of 5. Having the separate seating area with its own TV was definitely a life saver. The pull out couch was also a nice addition.
